Session ID:

International Interoperability Efforts to Enable Secondary Use of Data

10:30am - 11:30am Thursday, March 12
Orlando - Orange County Convention Center
Hall E - Booth 8300 - Education Theater

The integration of primary, secondary and social care with personal connected health devices and wearables through connected interoperable infrastructures and processes is a tangible example of how interoperability can lead to better health outcomes and empower citizens in their health. There are remarkable global examples where government-led initiatives give citizens, private and public health sector actors access to data to provide better treatment and enable secondary use of data for research and innovation. Join our session to meet stakeholders around the globe who are pushing the boundaries of interoperability to better serve citizens at both the individual and population health level.
