HIMSS Analytics, in collaboration with the Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM), the European Society of Europe (ESR) and EuSOMII (European Society of Medical Imaging Informatics), have developed the Digital Imaging Adoption Model (DIAM). During this roundtable, the HIMSS-SIIM Enterprise Imaging Community leadership spearheading the development of the DIAM-EI will discuss the Model development, survey and site visit process, and how the DIAM can contribute to organizational strategic planning from the perspective of a pilot site.

Speakers at the roundtable include leaders Kimberley Garriott, Principal Consultant, Logicalis Inc., Eugenia R. McPeek-Hinz, MD, MS, Associate Chief Medical Information Officer, Duke University Health System, and Christopher Roth, MD, MMCI, Vice Chair of Radiology for Information Technology and Clinical Informatics, Duke University Health System.

The HIMSS-SIIM Enterprise Imaging Commuunity provides an effective point of connection for clinicans and IT professionals to engage in the advancement of the enterprise imaging strategies. The purpose of this community is to enhance patient care by bringing measureable improvements and insights in enterpise imaging to healthcare professionals and the patients they serve.
