With the growing challenges in self-pay collections, CHI crafted a patient-centric strategy to combine analytics, self-service, and standardization to improve the billing and payment experience—all within a highly fragmented host system environment. In this session, CHI’s national director of revenue cycle will share highlights of the planning, execution, and results of a 9-month rollout that drove success over 70 hospitals across four different host systems.
