Description

Based on valuable lessons learned over a 30-year HIT career, former CIO and EHR program director Robert Slepin identifies and discusses key aspects of five leadership skills that are critical to one's professional development and career advancement--skills that may be overlooked or under-developed by a hospital, health system or other organizations' internal Human Resources and staff development programs. He will identify each of the five skills, explain why each is important to master and describe strategies and resources for leaders to consider incorporating into their own professional self-development journeys.
