Description

Healthcare is starting to take advantage of remote workforce trends matured in other industry segments, with teams located in geographically dispersed spaces, and a mix of office and remote-based workers.  Technology and Telehealth are supporting hiring expertise anywhere to provide services to anyone. This session will describe the opportunities and challenges for managers and team members in diverse locations.  From a manager’s perspective- what qualities help position a team member for success?  For everyone- what are the keys for your success, and for overcoming some of the disadvantages of not being physically located with other team members or leaders.
