Description

The concept of “Work” as we know it is vastly changing.  In the new digital age where virtual teams, new tools, new business models and technology skills are evolving continuously, it is imperative to be equipped with the right skills, tools, emotional intelligence and drive to succeed in an ever-changing paradigm.  In this session, we will discuss key steps to take towards communication, collaboration, teaming, adaptability and drive in an effort to lead and grow successfully and positively.
This session is part of a special program called HIMSS19 Career Development Seminar. Extra fees and separate registration is required.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Increase awareness of the current and future state of work
  • Discuss the existing tools, styles and techniques needed to cope, lean in and lead
  • Define and develop key action steps to enable success on this journey
