As one of the world’s leading hospitals, the Cleveland Clinic has been a pioneer in healthcare innovation. The Clinic (as it is often referred to) has been a pioneer in the adoption of digital health technologies, especially in the areas of patient engagement and caregiver enablement. Over the past year, the Clinic has developed an enterprise digital transformation strategy and a roadmap for implementing digital health solutions. However, digitalization is not easy. It requires a deep understanding of patient and caregiver journeys to design engaging digital experiences. It requires alignment across multiple stakeholder groups, a strong information technology architecture and a robust application innovation ecosystem to succeed. In this session, the speakers will discuss key digitalization initiatives at the Clinic and the learnings from a multi-year digital transformation currently under way.
