Digitally enabling an enterprise and enhancing the technology fluency is a major component for success, growth and competitive advantage for the "healthcare organization of the future." A maturing technology and supporting platform facilitates the next level of productivity optimization by redefining work and reassigning employees to execute higher value activities. This session will provide an overview of next-generation technology like robotic process automation (RPA), block-chain, artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud and how best to strategize, select and implement these capabilities for progressive healthcare organizations in order to optimize business operations. Two case studies of how we have embarked on a journey to the cloud and have helped enable a digital enterprise using the RPA and AI capabilities will be discussed during the session. The goal is to provide insights to healthcare organizations to become leaders vs. laggards from a true business transformation standpoint.
