Description

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is giving patients and providers a single credential enabling them easier access to information and improving quality of care. Cedars is implementing a federated identity, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication solution across distinct healthcare systems aiming to simplify patient transition from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, an acute-care setting, to post-acute care settings. Cedars is working with the U.S. Department of Commerce's Trusted Identities Group to help implement the system that will aim to be a blueprint for other organizations.
