Description

A guiding principle employed by successful healthcare delivery organizations is to strive to manage data as a strategic asset. Achieving this aim requires implementing sound enterprise data management, advancing data analytics maturity and promoting a data-driven culture. This session will focus on the latter dimension (promoting a data-driven culture) using case studies to illustrate strategies adopted and lessons learned at a large integrated healthcare provider organization.
