On average, it takes more than 90 days to on-board a physician at a hospital. Delays can cost more than $100,000 per week in lost billings. Med Staffing departments manage this process, protecting the hospital and patients from risks before the physician may practice. We’ll examine how hospitals use HR service delivery principles to reduce the time it takes to on-board new physicians and coordinate complex processes across both the hospital enterprise and all of the external entities involved.
