Our highly complex, fragmented healthcare system makes effective communication and coordination essential for ensuring efficient, effective care — but EHRs have not always made team-based care easy. How can they be leveraged to give physicians more time with their patients? In this session, we’ll discuss existing and near-term solutions for improving communication and care coordination, including things like secure messaging and texting, multidisciplinary care plans, clinical dashboards, portals, apps, and more.

A CMIO/Physicians Networking Reception will be held immediately following the roundtable. Open to all HIMSS20 attendees at no additional cost; registration requested.
