Description

The vast amount of health data generated and stored in electronic health records (EHR) and other IT systems offers significant opportunities for advancement. Using analytics to interpret the data into actionable insights can help hospitals streamline operations, improve performance, reduce burnout and even reinvent how they address clinical problems and deliver patient care.  However, capturing, analyzing, and sharing health data with decision makers across an organization is difficult and expensive. In this session, executives from two different institutions in opposite ends of the country will discuss their unique approaches, success factors and challenges in creating an analytics culture towards harnessing data into insights and improvements to realize a ROI.
This session is part of a special program called Big Data Symposium. Extra fees and separate registration is required.
