Orlando - Orange County Convention Center
Unnecessary variation in healthcare is not a new issue. Scholarly articles point to efforts to try and reduce clinical variation as early as 1964, over fifty years ago. In an age where innovative approaches are vital to minimize variation and improve the care delivery process, Rochester Regional Health has been able produce positive clinical and financial outcomes. This session dives into how to reduce care variation, improve clinical outcomes and lower overall costs by implementing a simple, yet effective, clinical optimization strategy.
