WHERE THE WORLD
CONNECTS FOR HEALTH
Gartner has defined clinical communication collaboration (CC&C) solutions as technology that is able to coordinate care team activities, share patient information, decrease response times, improve care transition and decrease patient length of stay (Gartner Hype Cycle for Real-Time health system technologies, 2017). While this market will continue to mature over the next 2-5 years, interest in the purchase and deployment of a CC&C platform has been growing. This lunch and learn session will focus on the considerations, as well as avoidance of common pitfalls, when choosing a CC&C solution. Best practices learned to date from early provider adopters regarding the selection, purchase, implementation, adoption and achievement of successful outcomes will also be discussed.
