3:00pm - 4:00pm Wednesday, March 7
Las Vegas - Venetian Convention Center
Lando 4301

Description

At the Cleveland Clinic, visual analytics empowers leaders, clinicians and business users to quickly understand and act upon their data. We will describe how harnessing the power of visual analytics can improve clinical and business processes, and enhance C-suite decision making. This session will demonstrate how scaling self-service analytics across the enterprise improves patient care, enhances ER throughput, and lowers re-admissions.

Learning Objectives:

  • Demonstrate how data from health IT data sources can be aggregated into a single version of the truth for clinicians, business users and executives
  • Discuss how self-service visual analytics can be leveraged to enable population health management initiatives, leading to lower length of stay and 30 day re-admission rates
  • Evaluate the Norton and Kaplan’s Balanced Scorecard and assess how it can be used as a strategic management paradigm to foster transparency and enable superior performance across the enterprise
