12:30pm - 1:30pm Thursday, March 12
Orlando - Orange County Convention Center
Hall E - Booth 8300 - Education Theater

Description

Real blockchain-enabled solutions are gaining traction in healthcare, but are they forming in silos? In the past few years, various consortia have emerged that leverage different platforms to solve a number of use cases. While these consortia and platforms aim to address real needs in healthcare, they may also add a layer of complexity to the industry’s existing interoperability challenges. This session will provide guidance on how blockchain projects might consider future blockchain interoperability as they progress, providing insight into the current approaches used by different industry initiatives. Additional insights on current efforts around blockchain standardization with be highlighted, to avoid the creation of interoperability islands.
