10:00am - 11:00am Thursday, March 12
Orlando - Orange County Convention Center

Description

The waiting time for an emergency call increases progressively over the years, and as more and more doctors are hired, emergency rooms have their area increased, and yet the user experience is not ideal. The project of advanced medical triage, using telemedicine, has the objective of reducing the waiting time for medical care and the average time of permanence in ER of the patients. Also, using a computerized decision support tool and electronic medical record, it makes screening more assertive, making the doctor more productive and the health system more efficient.
