Diagnostic error will occur at least once in the lifetime of every American. Patients want more information and greater involvement in the decision-making process with their clinicians. There is a trend towards decreasing attention spans across a variety of information mediums. This project seeks to address these challenges through a combination of evidence-based strategies, workflow insights, and innovative decision-support technology to improve diagnosis excellence and patient engagement.
