With 78 percent of physicians reporting symptoms, physician burnout is now essentially a public health crisis. Cumbersome, inefficient healthcare technology is a major contributor to the problem due to many factors including lack of integration with other systems and frequent log outs interrupting workflow.

Technology, however, is also pivotal to the evolution of healthcare. This session will explore the inherent conflicts in healthcare and how to solve the balancing act between protecting patient information and enabling providers with fast, easy access to technology that allows better care delivery. Attendees will learn tips and strategies to help physicians combat burnout, and thus be able to provide better care for patients.
