This session will describe the provision of IV antibiotic therapy at home for patients who formally required intervening hospitalization. Utilizing digital medicine solutions and an IT-enabled workflow to identify eligible patients for the program, Parkland’s O-PAT program allow patients to complete treatment safely and effectively in the comfort of home, avoid the inconveniences, complications, and expense of hospitalization.
