Digital technologies and artificial intelligence tools are advancing rapidly, yet the capacity to adopt and scale these technologies to advance quality healthcare delivery has evolved more slowly. This presentation will describe the development of a digital health ecosystem framework for global health systems, that mobilizes health data, flows data in real time to patients and provider teams to inform decisions, enables learning across global health systems to inform health system leaders of outcomes and the conditions under which best outcomes are achieved for population segments. The opportunity of a digital heath ecosystem to advance learning across global health systems will be described, which focuses on empowering and connecting citizens globally to healthcare services when and where they are most needed. The digital health ecosystem mobilizes health resources, enabled by digital infrastructure, to advance equity in access to health teams to support citizens to manage their health and wellness.
