Artificial Intelligence has the potential to radically transform the delivery of healthcare and how we more fundamentally think about population health. However, in order to realize even a fraction of this potential, AI must move from the lab and into the living room, off the shelf and into the work-streams of thousands of different end users. This SPARK session will walk the audience through the real-life implementation of an AI-enabled solution within a large integrated delivery system's health plan, highlighting the keys to successfully translating objectively better information into objectively better results. In the end, attendees will learn that while changing their teams' hardware and software is important, the biggest challenges and biggest rewards of AI come from shifting their "brainware."
