  • There are two ways to record your sessions and credit.
    • Go to www.himssconference.org/ce and click on the Claim Your CE Credits button.
    • On the HIMSS19 Mobile App Discover screen, scroll to CE Credits.
    • Once you have logged into the CE claiming site, you will be able to enter the sessions you attended and print a transcript. You will also be given the option of printing certificates or having them emailed to you. NOTE: You will need to use the name and email that you used to register for the conference. If logging in by badge number, use ONLY the first 6 digits of your badge number. Do not add hyphens.
    • Important to Claim ACPE by March 15, 2019: ACPE sessions must be entered into the CE claiming system within four weeks after the Conference ends. Sessions entered after that date will not be submitted to the ACPE. Please check the ACPE Tracking Form found at www.himssconference.org/ce for session Activity Type.

    • CHIME members and Affiliates may claim their CEUs by entering them into the Self Reporting Tool on the CHIME website.
