While you’re there...

Pick up your badge before you get to the Convention Center. Badge pickup will be available at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and several Orlando hotels (including the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Caribe Royale, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza).

Go mobile. Download the official HIMSS20 Mobile app. Search for HIMSS Events. Get the latest information on educational sessions, exhibitor listings, floor maps, networking opportunities, headline news and more. The mobile app will be available in February.

Attend an in-person orientation session. Join HIMSS staff for a Conference Orientation on-site and get answers to your last-minute questions. Sessions will take place on Monday, March 9, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST and Tuesday, March 10, 10:30 am - 11:30 am EST. An About HIMSS orientation session will take place on Tuesday, March 10 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST. Still have questions? Visit one of our Information Desks on-site, or stop by HIMSS Spot, Lobby C, to chat with HIMSS staff experts and other attendees.

Explore the maps. Reference maps in the HIMSS20 Mobile App and in guides throughout the conference center to navigate your way to education sessions, the exhibit hall, networking events and more.

Wear your conference badge on-site. Be sure to wear your badge at all times during the HIMSS Global Health Conference – but be sure to take it off when you leave the convention center.

Use the shuttles. Take advantage of the complimentary shuttles that run between the convention center, official HIMSS hotels and the airport.

Plan for travel time. Whether trying to get to a morning keynote or breakfast session… or leaving to an off-site networking event – we strongly encourage you to plan extra time for travel. With nearly 45,000 attendees, traffic near the convention center gets extremely busy at peak times. Plan accordingly!

See FAQs on registration, cancellation, certification and more. And remember, you’re not alone… 40% of HIMSS Global Health Conference attendees are first-timers! So don’t be afraid to ask questions, meet new people, and explore all that HIMSS20 has to offer.
