Airport to Hotel Shuttles

Complimentary airport transportation from the convention center to the Orlando airport will be provided on Thursday, February 28 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.

You can book your airport shuttle reservation online and save $3 on a roundtrip reservation – not to mention avoiding the hassle of waiting in line. However one day prior to your departure, please make a return reservation by calling the reservation number listed below. Also plan to allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport.

You must enter your priority code number 313282011 to receive the discount.

Please redeem your coupon for a round trip ticket and present it to the Mears "Starter" located on level one at the curb. The starter will then direct you to a designated shuttle servicing the hotel.

HIMSS provides complimentary shuttle bus service for all HIMSS hotels to and from the Orange County Convention Center. Please refer to shuttle schedule for route and time information.
