Stacy Robison, MPH, MCHES is CommunicateHealth’s Co-Founder and President. Stacy provides corporate-level monitoring across the company’s communication support contracts and oversees day-to-day operations. As a recognized expert in health literacy, Stacy has a reputation for communicating positive, actionable consumer health information across platforms. She’s responsible for company-wide content excellence.
In these roles, Stacy helps public and private sector clients leverage user-centered design to achieve communication and marketing objectives. For example, she served as lead writer of Health Literacy Online: A Guide for Simplifying the User Experience; spearheaded development of the Patient Engagement Playbook for the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS); and oversees content development for several award-winning federal health websites, including healthfinder.gov and HealthyPeople.gov.
Before founding CommunicateHealth in 2006, Stacy served as a Health Literacy Fellow at HHS’s Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP). In this role, she supported the measurement and implementation of national health communication objectives under Healthy People 2010 and developed health literacy training tools and curricula for public health professionals.
