Clinical Informaticist, Performance and Process Improvement Division
Sindhu Raveendranathakammath (Sindhu R-Kammath) is a Clinical Informaticist for UHS Inc.’s Performance and Process Improvement Division. She has been with UHS since 2014. Prior to joining UHS, Sindhu worked as a Meaningful Use Specialist at New Jersey’s Regional Extension Center funded by an ONC grant. She has a Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Kerala, India and was working as a Family Physician prior to her experience in Informatics. Sindhu also has a certificate in Electronic Health Records (ONC Health IT program) from Burlington County College, New Jersey. Sindhu holds CPHIMS, CHTS-TR, CHTS-CP certifications, in addition to a Lean Sigma for Healthcare certification from John Hopkins University School of Medicine. She is also a member of HIMSS and a member of HIMSS subgroups HIT dictionary and New to Medical Informatics.
