Idriz Limaj is a licensed nursing home administrator and RN, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Post-Acute Care Division at LifeBridge Health and Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. He oversees all of LifeBridge Health’s post-acute services, which include long-term care, behavioral health, chronic hospital services and skilled nursing home care, as well outpatient day treatment programs and adult day services. Prior to joining LifeBridge, Limaj was the executive director of Community Health Services at Hebrew SeniorLife (HSL) – Home and Hospice Care in Massachusetts, where he supervised operations including strategic planning; compliance with state, federal and accreditation regulations; and the business growth of all of HSL community health services programs. He also co-founded connectRN, a mobile technology company that facilitates nursing communication and staffing. Limaj is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He earned his MBA in health care management and his RN-BSN at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Limaj speaks Albanian and Macedonian.
