Cheryl Lulias is President and Executive Director of Medical Home Network (MHN), a nonprofit organization funded by the Comer Family Foundation. MHN serves as a regional catalyst to lead practice transformation in the safety net and was designed to improve the health of Medicaid recipients in Chicago. MHN facilitates a virtually integrated system that offers a coordinated approach to healthcare across the continuum of medical service delivery. Lulias has led several technology initiatives that are critical components of MHN including launching MHNConnect, a sophisticated online portal that joins hospitals and primary care sites. She also has played a key role in the development of an advanced data analytics company. In 2014, Lulias led the formation, and now serves as CEO, of Chicago-based MHN ACO, LLC, offering a provider-owned and provider-driven approach to healthcare delivery and population health management.
Cheryl has more than 20 years of experience leading and implementing strategic business processes in a broad range of complex health care systems, including managed care operations, network management and business development. She has held leadership positions at several academic and community hospital systems in Illinois, Indiana and New York.
