What's App Doc? Canadian Adventures in Secure Messaging is an essential conversation to introduce the digital health administrator and healthcare provider to the topic of secure healthcare communications in today's clinical world. This session will describe the trials and tribulations of engaging senior healthcare leadership and front-line providers to support the utilization of secure messaging on bring-your-own-device smartphones. Also, successes and failures encountered in the procurement and implementation of some of these platforms will be discussed. Although described in a Canadian healthcare context, this session is relevant across the borders of the digital health professions.
