Description

Everyday objects will soon be able to capture, receive and share data via a vast, interconnected global network linked together by inexpensive sensors, GPS and ’the cloud.’ This session will explore how the evolving Internet of Healthy Things (IoHT) can be used to improve health and care.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Discuss patient generated data and what that means for caregivers
  • Describe how patient generated data and analytics can support clinical decision making
  • Identify insights on consumer behavior, outlining the strategies to consider with the IoHT, while anticipating future trends
