Stories from real patients and caregivers will be included through short video clips that will illustrate key lessons for policy and practice. Examples of organizations and environments where the lessons are already being practiced will showcase that a participatory future is possible and already exists in pockets around the country; their research-based outcomes will be highlighted. Join us for a session that is sure to be lively, inspiring, and that will send you home with concrete examples of policy, procedure, attitude and digital health changes that can make a significant difference for the caregivers and patients you serve.
