It is important to understand the current issues intersecting compliance and health IT. This session will facilitate the proactive design of health IT services. A sound compliance platform allows for provision of value-based care and guards patient safety. The Compliance Program of 2018 and beyond needs to be healthy, have a sound risk management process, be in harmony with current legislation and regulation, and be understood by all stakeholders in the health IT field.
