What if you created the perfect innovative digital tool for physicians to use - but most of them refused to use it?

By definition, this requires that patients, providers or both, change behavior. In this context, clinical leaders are increasingly asked to change the behavior of physicians. In this presentation we will discuss why "changing physician behavior" is actually rarely successful and provide some insights and alternative recommendations from behavioral theory, and personal experience.
