Description

This session provides a perspective on the ‘Post Modern ERP’ era and the various cloud capabilities and cloud drivers that are revolutionizing today’s healthcare industry. By driving progressive healthcare organizations to not only prepare for but also adapt to the changing application eco-system, the intent is for them to become a leader vs. a laggard from a true business transformation standpoint. This session will include case studies and lessons learned from two large integrated healthcare companies (namely, Kaiser Permanente and Trinity Health) on their road map / journey to the cloud and how they achieved the goal to modernize, digitize, enable self-service, and enhance worker productivity for their respective organizations. Also, insights into the business benefits as documented in the business cases for these large, integrated healthcare organizations will be discussed.
