Explore cutting edge technology compliance issues and delve into HIT issues related to compliance. This session will discuss data analytics (big data, artificial intelligence, and data mining) telehealth compliance issues, the 21st Century Cures Act (information blocking and the opioid crisis provisions), medical device issues with hacking, PHI in hosting devices, the cybersecurity risks with new technologies, and HHS guidance on cloud computing and other technology compliance issues.
