Join the Exploring Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technology in Healthcare Task Force to learn how CRM technology and its growing use within healthcare can enable value-based care and transform the healthcare experience for both patients and providers. HIMSS launched this Task Force in July 2017 with the goal to develop guidance on how to assess CRM technologies and to articulate how this technology can fit into the complex, interconnected web of health information and technology. In this session, members of the Task Force will share results from our HIMSS 2018 CRM in Healthcare Survey and provide an update on the Task Force's efforts, including our newly released “Definition of CRM in Healthcare” and ongoing work to identify CRM-based use cases and capabilities, from which we will work to define requirements.
