Experienced, professional project managers will share a variety of structured communication tools and techniques along with hands-on experiences—including completing a stakeholder analysis and developing a project communication plan based on that thought process—to improve your project management communication skills. Other topics covered include independent verification and validation (IVV), issue and risk management, and planning for post-live support. You will also practice planning a "go-live" and discover how to help your team generate valuable lessons learned after the project is complete.
