Adoption of clinical guidelines is generally sub-optimal due to multiple translations required in order to create actionable tools to help apply the recommendations in patient care. This session will describe the outcome and next steps of a CDC led a multi-stakeholder initiative called Adapting Clinical Guidelines for the Digital Age.
