HIMSS provides complimentary shuttle bus service for all HIMSS designated hotels to and from McCormick Place.

Airport to Hotel Shuttles

Complimentary airport transportation from the convention center to Midway and O’Hare airports will be provided on Wednesday, April 8 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

You can book your airport shuttle reservation online and save $9 on a roundtrip reservation or $2 one way – not to mention avoiding the hassle of waiting in line. However one day prior to your departure, please make a return reservation by calling the reservation number listed below. Also plan to allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport.

Shuttles depart every 10-15 minutes. From O’Hare – Look for vans and ticket counters at Doors 1-E, 2-D, 3-E and 5-D. From Midway – Look for vans and ticket agent at Door LL3.
