What is the MyHIMSS10 Calendar?
MyHIMSS10 Calendar allows you to create an online agenda for many of the conference events. It is easy to sign up—just enter your email address and a password will be sent immediately.

Log-in and get started… To add an event to your calendar, select the “add to MyHIMSS10 Calendar” link found next to each event. The event is automatically added to your calendar. To view your schedule, select the “MyHIMSS10 Calendar” button in the top right corner of all HIMSS10 web pages. You can view your entire schedule on one page or view one day at a time. Changed your mind about an event? Click the trash icon and it will be removed.

Want more options for viewing your schedule? You can access your schedule from any computer, even from the surf-the-net stations at the conference. If you prefer to manage your time in Outlook, you can select the Outlook icon and add events to your person calendar. Or print your MyHIMSS10 Calendar and bring it with you. It has all of the necessary information to get you where you need to go.

What if I use a Pop-up Blocker?
A pop-up window will launch when you are adding events to you calendar. If you do not see a pop-up window, you may have a pop-up blocker installed.

What is the Privacy Policy?
The Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) protects the privacy of individual web users. HIMSS does not disclose to third parties any information that may be associated with a particular individual gathered as a result of interaction with the HIMSS web site. HIMSS does assign a cookie to each site visitor so we can identify that user each time he or she returns to the web site. This cookie is used only to 1.) keep track of how many unique users visit the HIMSS web site, and 2.) assist the site’s collaborative filtering software in making more accurate content recommendations.
