SUBMITTING THE MEDIA LIAISON SIGN-UP FORM DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE 2009 ANNUAL HIMSS CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION. YOU MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY FOR THE HIMSS CONFERENCE.

  • The Media Liaison is the point-of-contact person designated by your company to receive all press and media information.
  • Registered media liaisons will receive the 2008 final media list and the 2009 pre-registered media list though email distribution. Please note that these lists only include media who have agreed to have their information released to exhibitors.
  • The designated media liaison may be from your organization or your public relations or advertising agency.
