Media Registration for HIMSS12

HIMSS welcomes members of the media to the 2012 Annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition, Monday-Friday, Feb. 20-24, 2012, in Las Vegas at the Venetian-Palazzo-Sands Expo Center. Pre-conference programs will be held on Monday, Feb. 20, with conference days from Tuesday, Feb. 21-Thursday, Feb. 23. The 2012 Exhibition Hall will be open on Tuesday, Feb. 21 – Thursday, Feb. 23.

Qualifications and Guidelines

Registration is complimentary for professional journalists and bloggers attending the conference to provide editorial coverage and who meet the eligibility criteria.

Registration

The deadline to request media credentials in advance and online is Friday, Feb. 17, 2012. After that date, media must request credentials on site in the HIMSS News Room, located in the expo center, Bassano 2701-2705 (entrance 2702). Please note that on-site registration is not immediate and may take at least an hour to process, thus delaying entrance into the Conference.
