David is the CIO of a mid-sized hospital system, where he oversees the IT staff servicing three hospitals, five ambulatory clinics, two nursing homes and a home health agency. Challenged with significant budgetary constraints, his top priority this past year has been to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of his team’s efforts in supporting the system’s patient care outcomes.
