Foundations of Nursing Informatics: Achieving Meaningful Use and the Impact on Nursing
The Foundations program takes place just prior to the Nursing Informatics Symposium and provides a nurse-focused interpretation of “meaningful use of a certified EHRs” for 2011. Discussion will provide insight on the impact of standards and certification on EHR systems, implementing SNOMED CT® to achieve meaningful use, and demonstrating meaningful use through quality measures.
