New - Symposium Luncheon & Session: The New Markle Connecting for Health Common Framework Policies in Practice

Part of the lunch time will provide an additional educational venue that will describe a set of adjunct resources—the Markle Common Framework Policies in Practice—recently developed to further support the use of the Markle Common Framework in current health information sharing efforts. Based on Fair Information Practice Principles (FIPPs), the Markle Common Framework for Private and Secure Information Exchange (Markle Common Framework) was developed by a diverse group of health care leaders to lay a blueprint for an integrated and comprehensive framework of trust. Speakers include: Vicki Estrin, C3 Consulting, Deven McGraw, Center for Democracy & Technology, Linda Malek, Moses Singer, and Allen Briskin, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Laura Bailyn, Sr Director, Markle.
