How does an attendee register for HIMSS Star Service?
- Through the registration site on the Optional Events & Services page.
- Deadline: Friday, February 3.
- Once you purchase this option through the HIMSS17 registration site you will receive a confirmation with all the details or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to have your personal concierge help plan your conference experience.
- Your personal concierge is available Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm CST to assist you.

What is the price for HIMSS Star Service
What does the price for HIMSS Star Service include?
- Assistance with booking at a preferred hotel (on a space available basis, cost of hotel room is not included)
- Assistance with booking airport transfers to/from hotel with meet & greet at baggage claim (cost of car service not included)
- Complimentary daily coat check at the convention center
- Complimentary Airport BAGS service from convention center
- Assistance with restaurant reservations & recommendations
- Help to design your tailored conference agenda, including social events and exhibitor appointments
- Exclusive tours on the exhibit floor based on interest
How do I book HIMSS Star Service?
Go to the registration page. You can add HIMSS Star Service under the Optional Networking Events & Services page prior to finalizing your HIMSS17 conference registration.
How far in advance do I need to book my HIMSS Star Service?
Please book no later than Friday, February 3.
Can I cancel my HIMSS Star Service?
Once purchased it is non-refundable.
Will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation. Please have a copy of this email confirmation with you on the day of your service. If you have not received your email confirmation within 24 hours after booking, please contact us.
