CPHIMS
This program has been approved for use in fulfilling the continuing education renewal requirements of the Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS). This program has been approved for use in fulfilling the continuing education renewal requirements of the Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS). CHCIO
This program qualifies for Continuing Education Units (CEU) towards the CHIME Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) Program. CHIME recognizes 1 hour of participation as equivalent to 1 CEU. CHIME members and Affiliates may claim their CEUs by entering them into the Self-Reporting Tool on the CHIME website.

Healthcare Executives
General Education Sessions (Monday – Thursday)
HIMSS is authorized to award 10.0 hours of pre-approved Category II (non-ACHE) continuing education credit for this program towards advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward Category II credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
Project Management
HIMSS has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Participants may receive professional development units (PDUs) for attending the annual meeting preconference and general education.
